You are about to help create the new, official United Independent Party in Massachusetts. Thank you for your involvement!
We have earned our “Designation,” but to earn our official “Party” standing, state law requires us to have thousands of Massachusetts voters change their voter enrollment to “United Independent Party (CC).” Once we have done so, we can then run candidates dedicated to putting common-sense solutions for voters first – including Evan Falchuk for Governor in 2014.
We are on our way to reaching this goal, but every person's involvement matters so much. Taking just five minutes to fill out and mail this easy voter registration form will help make all the difference.
If you are already a Massachusetts voter, you can use this form to change your existing Party registration to “United Independent Party.” Or, if you are a new voter eligible to vote in Massachusetts, you can use this same form to register to vote and select “United Independent Party (CC)” as your chosen Party.
Three quick, easy steps to help us reach our needed Voter Registration Forms to formally establish the United Independent Party as an official political party in Massachusetts:
- Print out this short Voter Registration Form.
- Fill in the required lines indicated at the top of the form, being sure on Line 9 to both check the box “Political Designation,” and insert the words “UNITED INDEPENDENT PARTY (CC).” (Don’t forget to sign clearly and date!)
- Tape the form closed (no staples), insert the correct address for your city/town from this alphabetical list, affix stamp and mail.

Please also share this form with your friends, family and neighbors – anyone you can think of who is looking for innovative ideas and realistic solutions to the many challenges facing us all today in Massachusetts.
